Brio
Metodo Classico TKY Extra Brut
Metodo Classico Brut Rosè
In the traditional method the second fermentation happens in the bottle and the wine rests a long time on the lees: that's where the fine bubbles and the bread-crust aromas come from. Our TKY, from Tocai Friulano vines planted in the 1940s, stays three years on the lees; TKJ and the Pinot Noir Brut Rosè wait six.
Brio is a Charmat-method sparkling wine from Chardonnay and aromatic grapes: fresh, fruity and savoury, with scents of pineapple, papaya and sage. It's the one to open at sunset by the lake. Sparkling wines go well with aperitivo bites, fried food, lake fish and risotto.
Four tastings in our room overlooking the lake, each with its own sharing board. By booking only.
