White wines from Lake Garda
The freshness and savoury edge of the lake
Our whites come from between Lazise and Peschiera del Garda and from the moraine hills, where the lake breezes keep the grapes fresh. Custos is our Custoza, savoury and balanced; Foresto is a mineral Rhine Riesling with citrus and white peach; the Chardonnay is aged half in oak and half in steel; the Sauvignon Blanc is very fresh, with tropical fruit and white flowers.
At the table
They are perfect with Lake Garda fish such as whitefish and trout, with shellfish, starters, white meat and fresh cheese. Try them with Valeggio tortellini or a herb risotto too.
