1. Seller

The seller is Azienda Agricola Maliga Bruno, Località Preoni 1, 37017 Lazise (VR), Italia, VAT IT02574580235, certified email bruno.maliga@pec.it. These terms govern sales made in this online shop to consumers and businesses.

2. Age

We sell wine to adults only. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old; we may cancel the order if this is not the case.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. Payment is taken when you order, with the methods shown at checkout.

4. Contract

The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. If a wine is no longer available we let you know and refund you immediately.

5. Delivery

We deliver in Italy as described in the shipping policy. Risk passes to the customer on delivery.

6. Withdrawal and warranty

The right of withdrawal and the handling of broken or faulty bottles are described in the refund policy. The statutory guarantees of Italian consumer law apply.

7. Vintages and pictures

Vintages may change over time: if the vintage shipped differs from the one shown, the wine stays the same. Bottle photos are for illustration.

8. Applicable law

Italian law applies. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence have jurisdiction.
