What data we process and why
- Orders: name, address, email, phone and order details, to perform the contract, ship and invoice (legal basis: contract and legal obligations). Tax records are kept for 10 years.
- Payments: card details are handled directly by the payment provider; we never see them.
- Requests: what you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp, to reply and book tastings (legal basis: your request).
- Browsing and cookies: technical data needed to run the shop and, only with your consent, statistics and marketing cookies. See the cookie policy.
- Newsletter: only if you subscribe, until you unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
Shopify (shop platform), payment providers, the courier SDA for delivery and our tax adviser. Shopify may process data outside the EU with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to tenutemaliga@gmail.com. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time from the banner. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
