Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Write to us at tenutemaliga@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you the return instructions.

Bottles must be returned intact, unopened and in their packaging within 14 days of notifying your withdrawal, to Via Derna 23, 37017 Colà di Lazise (VR), Italia. Return costs are paid by the customer.

We refund the amount paid, including standard shipping, within 14 days of the withdrawal, using the same payment method; we may wait until we receive the bottles before refunding.

Broken or faulty bottles

If a bottle arrives broken or the wine is faulty (for example corked), write to us within 7 days with a photo: we replace the bottle or refund you at no cost to you.

Tastings

Tastings are leisure services booked for a specific date and are not covered by the right of withdrawal. You can still cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before: let us know by phone, WhatsApp or email.
