Adulatio, old rose from Sangiovese
Lake Garda is rosé country. Adulatio comes from a selection of Sangiovese grapes and is aged in steel only, to keep the fruit pure: a clean, linear and elegant sip. It's great for aperitivo, with cured meats, pizza, lake fish and summer dishes.
